Loop Consulting Group was founded by Daniel Marsi and Troy Cardoso-Vigors, two former C-suite executives who spent over four decades building, scaling and transforming businesses from the inside.
Daniel led as Chief Executive Officer across finance, lending, sales and operations, building and optimising mortgage aggregation and distribution businesses in highly regulated, fast-moving commercial environments. Troy served as Chief People Officer and senior executive across infrastructure, construction, higher education, government, telco and technology, leading large-scale organisational design, workforce transformation and change programs.
